We prioritize fast fulfillment. To get your items moving immediately, we offer Same-Day Shipping under the following conditions:

• Before 1:00 PM: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be packed, processed, and handed over to our carriers on the very same business day.

• After 1:00 PM: Orders placed after the 1:00 PM cut-off will be processed and dropped off to the carriers the same business day after cutoff.

• Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

🛠️ Service Update: Faster Deliveries

We know that shipping has been slower than usual recently due to surgery/health reasons, and I sincerely apologize. We appreciate your patience during that transition period. We listened to your feedback and have restructured our logistics to speed up delivery times.

To drastically cut down on transit delays, we have partnered directly with Purolator and Canada Post for daily, scheduled on-site pickups. Instead of waiting for packages to be dropped off at depots, our carriers now collect ready-to-ship packages straight from our facility the moment they are packed. This adjustment ensures your order enters the delivery network immediately after processing without unnecessary holding time.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been collected by Canada Post or Purolator, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status on their network.
